Actions resulting from FFT feedback
Here are some of things we have changed about the surgery as a result of feedback received via the FFT survey.

Access
We are actively strengthening our appointment system to make it easier for patients to access the right care at the right time. This includes reviewing capacity, improving triage processes, and increasing the availability of same-day and pre-bookable appointments.
Strengthening Communication and Patient Experience
We are focusing on improving how patients are communicated with throughout their journey, from reception interactions to clinical consultations, ensuring patients feel listened to, respected, informed and leave with a positive outcome.
Improve Continuity of Care and Patient Follow-Up
We are working to improve continuity and follow up process' so that patients can see the same clinician where possible and receive consistent follow-up for ongoing care needs.
